Irish-Pride.com ships to all 50 US States including APO/FPO's. We only use the United States Postal Service and Federal Express (FedEx).

All shipping methods include Delivery Confirmation E-mailed to you upon shipment. You will receive a confirmation number from our shipper (FedEx or USPS) OR info@irish-pride.com (always check your spam folders for these e-mails as they are filtered by accident sometimes.) The Delivery Times below are estimated according to our 10 years of experience with E-Commerce and the shipping providers averages. The shipping companies do the best job possible to fulfill these estimated times - occasionally packages take a few days longer. You will be able to see these delays via USPS.com and FedEx.com with your Confirmation Numbers.

Please use our secure checkout module to complete your payment. Payments will be charged to your Credit Card within 1 business day. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. You will be contacted within that business day or the next by Irish-Pride.com, most orders ship within 2 business days **Personalized items must be produced and WILL take longer, check item descriptions.** In the unlikely case we are not able to ship an item according to it's estimated delivery, you will be notified in the status e-mail. A status e-mail will go to the E-mail address you supplied with your order when your package goes out the door, regardless of your the shipping method.

If shipping to an address other than your Billing address, no invoices or receipts will be included in package with the order. All payment info, invoices, or billing correspondence will be sent to the billing address.

Return Policy:

Irish-Pride.com has a 7 day return policy for our products. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery in order to be eligible to return an item. If an item is defective, Irish-Pride will pay to have it replaced or returned. If the item is not defective, the customer is responsible for all cost in return shipment. We will be happy to credit your Credit Card for the amount of the items once we receive them back from you. You WILL NOT receive any credit for shipping charges if the item is simply unwanted or not defective.

The item you return must be in NEW CONDITION and not used in any way.

We DO NOT accept returns of PERSONALIZED items, unless they are defective. These items can be confirmed by the customer before being made to assure satisfaction.
